I've been reading a lot about raw foods lately, and I really think that being on a strict diet would curb my binges and encourage me to eat healthier. It's starting to get really embarasing, my boyfriend with a BMI of 18, and me with a BMI of 30. I feel like a whale next to his tiny frame. Just fruits, veggies, soy milk, tuna, eggs, and brown rice?

Okay, I had a binge day. Binge days are my other days when I don't eat anything. This one particularly bad because of the staff party we had at the keg.

Breakfast: Nothing

Lunch: Salad, soup - 315cals

Snacks: Vitamin water, orange - 100cals

Dinner: escargo - 532
Salad, lobster - 601
dessert:  682

Total: 2230cals

AHHH! It should be noted that my eating habits tend to be worse at night. I consume anywhere for 50% to 100% of my calories at night. I need to brain storm Ideas to get around this.

Tomorrow (and everyday's) meal plan.

Fuck. Another 600cal day. If only my boyfriend hadn't bought steak. I'm wicked anemic, and while I am taking suppliments I am also REALLY attracted to red meats and green veggies. Makes sense.

Food plan for tomorrow:
1/4cup of egg omlette thingy + 0.5 green onion + green tea = 30cals

Snacks:
1 vitamin water + 5 mini manderine oranges + green tea = 90cals

Lunch:
Salad + 5 cal dressing, 1 small soup + green tea = 26cals

Dinner:
Salad + 5 cal dressing, 1 small soup  = 26cals

Total: 202 cals. :) totally awesome if I do this.

Turns out my gloves at work were poisoning me whenever I ate mints with them on. I feel like crap. I really want to go to the hospital

What I've eaten

So far today Ive not really eaten anything, but I have drank 2 vitamin waters which are 50cals a piece.

It snowed last night, about 10cm's, which is a freakin disaster here, so no buses are running. Like hell, 10cm's is nothing, so I walked 1.1hrs to and from the mall to buy some last minute gifts for friends. People here are pathetic when it comes to snow. Honestly.

Low cal hot chocolate: 45cals

Lunch
Vitamin water: 50 cals

Dinner:
Salad: 40cals
Dressing: 30cals
Random shit my boyfriend made me eat: 410cals

total:
575 cals

I'm looking up the cost of digital scales right now because my 50 year old one is so crazy inaccurate. I do like it because I can see all the numbers swinging by, but at the same time I look down and say to myself  "is that closer to the 5 or 6?". LAME! I want one that'll show my weight and calculate my body hydration and fat content. Not that I really need to know, seeing as I'm always drinking water, and still grossly obese.

Anywho, took in around 200 cals today, started getting some cravings, then watched some thinspiration, and now it's GONE. Yay me. Tomorrow I'll try for 100, but if not I can settle with 800, seeing as I'm over at the boyfriends place. I'm  looking forward to finally going back to the gym though, It's been a while and I really REALLY need to get active. I was thinking 10 minutes rowing, 30minutes bike, 30 minutes elliptical, and then some weights? Or maybe I should work back up to my old routine.

Day 1 round 2

I know I'm probably the only here who NEEDS to loose weight (I am in fact a fat assed obese woman), but this worked last time and I need to loose like... 40lbs for my sisters wedding in June.

Food 2/2 under 600!
Water 2/2 work makes me drink 3 liters a day.
Exercise 1/2 on my feet all day, but impossible to work out in this weather. The buses aren't even going into town so I can go to the gym.

Self esteem 2/2 doing my nails.

Apple, 4 mini oranges, fruit leather - 230

Lunch:
Wild rice and red pepper pilaf, vitamin water - 115

Dinner:
Salad, (ultra low calorie) chicken noodle soup - 80
